Aniston discovers the key behind happy relationships Updated: 2006-07-13 16:53
Former 'Friends' star Jennifer Aniston revealed that working on the movie
'The Break-Up' made her realise just how differently men and women perceive
things.
Aniston, whose five-year old marriage to actor Brad Pitt ended in divorce a
little while before she signed on to act in the movie, said that the making the
film had made her realise just how different a language men and women speak.
"For me it underlined the fact that men and women speak a different language,
and there are times when both parties in a relationship need to take more time
to understand," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.
She now feels that accepting these differences and not trying to change them
makes it easier for a relationship to stand the test of time.
"If we accept that there are differences between the sexes, then we have a
chance of walking through it all a lot easier. It's when you get frustrated with
the difference that it gets difficult. You learn to give and take. That's what
makes it interesting," she added.
Aniston has since found love in the arms of her 'The Break-Up' co-star Vince
Vaughn. (ANI)
