Beyonce: 'people focus on my great looks, not my talent'

Beyonce Knowles blames her beautiful looks for preventing people from seeing what a talented artist she really is.

Despite having a flourishing solo career, with several hit albums and movies like 'The Pink Panther' tucked firmly under her belt, Knowles at times gets frustrated as she feels that her beauty sometimes acts as a barrier in letting people recognise the artist in her.

"It's frustrating, because sometimes, when you are attractive, people don't acknowledge that you are talented as well," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

"I mean, I'm a songwriter, I'm a producer, I have a strong voice, I'm a dynamic performer. Sometimes people forget that," added the The 24-year-old. (ANI)
