Star is claiming that Britney Spears is all set to part her ways with husband Kevin Federline. Reportedly, she met her divorce lawyer recently and is preparing for life after separation. People close to Mr. and Mrs. Spears says that the couple is not on talking terms. They communicate through bodyguards.

Their marriage was on the rocks from several months, the matter became worse when Kevin decided to spend Mother¡¯s day with his former love, Shar Jackson and kids instead of Britney and Sean.

He is staying with his friends these days. Recently, Britney was out in New York with Sean and he didn¡¯t even know about it. It seems that their relationship is already dead, only the cremation ceremony is left.
