Hold on. It's not about wedding but movie.
The star of "Lucky Number Slevin," Lucy Liu, is set to star in "Beautiful
Asian Brides."
It is about a man who is wrongly accused of murder so he goes undercover as a
mail order bride to prove his innocence.
The 37-year-old beauty will produce along with Grazer under his and Ron
HowardĄ¯s Imagine Entertainment production company. No director has yet been
attached.
The comedy is based on an original idea by Les Firestein and P.J. Pesce.
Steven Gary Banks and Claudia Grazioso, who wrote "Are We There Yet?," are
writing the script.
