Arch Enemy returns

Swedish metal band Arch Enemy will return to China with three shows in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong during their 2015 Asian tour. Founded in 1996 in Halmstad by guitarist Michael Amott, the band performed in China in 2007 and 2009, wowing fans with their heavy beats from their nine studio albums.

New album

Swedish singer Lisa Ekdahl will bring her latest album, Look to Your Own Heart, to Beijing later this month. Known for her soft voice, the 43-year-old rose to fame with a self-titled debut album in 1994, when she landed three Grammys - Album of the Year, Female Artist of the year and Rock artist of the Year.

Dragon Quartet

Dragon Quartet, composed of Chinese violinists Ning Feng, Wang Xiaomao, viola player ZhengWenxiao and cellist Qin Liwei, will performin a show, bringing works, including Mozart's String QuartetNo 22 in B flat K.589 and Debussy's Quartet in Gminor Op.10. Bass baritone Shen Yang will also join the quartet.
