Animals in ancient Chinese artwork

Since ancient times, people have been expressing their special emotions for animals in art forms that include cave paintings and pottery paintings. Now an exhibition featuring animals in ancient Chinese artwork is underway in Beijing, showcasing antique works ranging from bronzes and stone sculptures to jade carvings.
