China Daily had an exclusive interview with Jiangsu Provincial Governor Luo Zhijun to discuss the strategic programs for the development of Jiangsu province. The following is the Q&A of the interview.
Luo Zhijun became governor of Jiangsu Province on January 31. Prior to that, he served as mayor of Nanjing and then as Nanjing Party secretary. Luo described himself as "typical" of China's new generation of leaders who were born after 1949 and "brought up under the red flag".
