BEIJING - China's top political advisor, Jia Qinglin, left Beijing on Friday for an official good-will visit to New Zealand, Brunei and Thailand.
Jia, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, is making the visit from April 14-25 at the invitation of New Zealand's and Brunei's governments, and the Thai National Assembly.
