Premier Wen Jiabao will attend meetings including the 13th summit between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), the 13th summit between ASEAN, China, Japan and the Republic of Korea (ROK), and the fifth East Asia Summit, when he will meet leaders of Japan and the ROK.
