Exhibition Special: HK 'Mega Shows' again the sourcing highlight for October

HONG KONG: Businesses seeking new products again have the opportunity to buy at the center of Asian sourcing during Mega Shows this October in Hong Kong.

The essential Hong Kong trade fair for gifts, houseware, premiums and toys has been held annually at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre since 1992.

More than 55,000 global buyers will be presented with a bigger and better show this October at new and expanded exhibition space in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Mega Show Part 2 on Oct 28-30

Now in its seventh edition, the showcase of nearly 850 exhibition stands completes the Hong Kong buying calendar and presents not only traditional gifts and premiums, but a refined selection of home dcor and household products, plus new ideas for house improvement, garden and outdoors and home interiors from companies based in China and the Asia-Pacific region.

Concurrent business events in Hong Kong include those for building and decoration materials, lighting and hardware, adding more reasons for buyers to source, compare and select from a wide range of related products from the Asian suppliers on show during the last week of October.

New for 2009 is the special focus with over 70 companies displayed within a dedicated zone for office and stationery featuring the best of Asian pen, print and paper and office stationery supplies.

Two trade shows, seven days, 4,473 suppliers and 70,000 buyers - only in Hong Kong every October.
