Hainan 3G, broadband
China Unicom Ltd, the country's second-largest telecom operator, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Hainan provincial government to invest around 3.6 billion yuan within the next five years.
Under the agreement, China Unicom will enhance the province's information infrastructure to realize full coverage of 3G and broadband networks across the island province.
