Q: What are your characteristics?
A: Typical short fuse. And I am always in pursuit of perfection and difference.
Q: What's your experience of being a female CEO?
A: A woman must put more energy into working and isn't as bold as a man. However, a man's quick decision-making also entails risks. In the competitive auto market, a company may win by differentiating itself from others. Sometimes, making decision from a woman's view can produce a more favorable outcome.
Q: In your view, what's the message Great Wall brand brings to customers?
A: Fashion, hi-tech, and elegance. Chinese auto manufacturers are too young to show a clear impression of their brands.
Q: What's your hobby?
A: I love automobiles. When free, I always go to different auto exhibition centers. I am also crazy about driving, not only Great Wall vehicles. I'd like to experience all kinds of driving to find the differences between my vehicle and other brands.
Q: Then what's your favorite vehicle?
A: SUV. I prefer a wider visual field and strong power.
Q: What's your motto?
A: I always tell my staff: marketing is a job full of passion.
Q: What's your favorite book?
A: I read a lot, from literature, to fashion magazines, auto magazines to management books. I just read Six Sigma and Jack Trout's Positioning Theory, which helps me with my management.
