Founding satisfaction

Founder Technology Group, China's second-largest PC maker has launched a 50-day buyer satisfaction program to provide free after-sale services to customers in 1,000 cities all around China.

The event is Founder's annual "Spring Breeze Action" which the company has been organizing since 2004.

From March 1 to April 20, more than 3,500 of Founder's engineers are traveling more than 200,000 kilometers throughout China to provide free hi-tech maintenance service to their clients.

Universities in particular are being targeted and so far their tech support group has provided service to Fuzhou University, Shandong Normal University, and Liaoning Technical University.

Founder's engineers also supply customized training curriculum to help teachers and students learn how to better utilize the PCs.

"As a hi-tech company created by Peking University in 1986, Founder has the social responsibility to make more contributions to universities," says Liu Rengang, manager of Founder's public relations department. "For many years, we have been working to improve the educational conditions and technical environment for students."

Zhang adds that as the second-largest PC maker in China, Founder will keep focusing on the domestic market for the near future. And the annual Spring Breeze Action is a good opportunity for its employees to get the direct information from customers in order to improve their technology and services.
