China Daily hosted its readers'club dinner at the Grace Beijing Hotel Beijing's 798 Art District on Jan 16.
It was an organic dinner designed by Christian Hoffman, the hotel's chef, using products from Beijing's organic farms.
The theme of the dinner was to eat sustainable food and drink traceable wine.
