Stressed out

High stress is back in the news. China Daily reports that 75 percent of office workers recently surveyed say they are suffering from stress and burn-out. High stress can lead to high blood pressure, which can lead to dangerous diseases, including heart attacks. Other factors outside the workplace also can cause high blood pressure. But what do you think makes your blood pressure go up more – smoking and drinking, being chased by a crazed killer or your mother? The Week investigates …

Stress-free fun at the Expo

One great way to get rid of stress is to get away to the 2010 World Expo, now under way in Shanghai. There's so much to do, and so much to see. So let's go Expo. Even Russian President Dmitry Medvedev was in Shanghai this week to visit the World Expo. The Russian Pavilion is one of the more popular pavilions at the Expo. And this weekend, the Russian sailing ship Nadezhda (which means Hope in Russia) also arrives in Shanghai. It's a famous three-mast tall ship that will make it even more fun to visit the Expo.

No more moon cakes?

During the Mid-Autumn Festival, visitors to the Shanghai 2010 World Expo set a new record. And there probably were a record number of moon cakes eaten, too, all across China. Now that the festival is over, some moon cake fans are distraught, unable to get any more of the famous cakes. Let's take a look at one heartbroken man trying to find just one more moon cake.
