Zinch.com, a famous community-based college admissions portal in America, was launched in China on April 12, as Zinch.cn.
They have 14 employees in China, and that number is 30 at its U.S headquarters.
The company is now run by Anne Dwane, who previously founded and ran Military.com.
But Dwane says Zinch is different from many agencies in China. Not only is Zinch a web community, but it lets students show "more than their test scores".
