There are so many things about the Chinese culture that I like that it would take a few posts but this three are amongst my favorites:

1) Chinese Opera - not only the Peking style but many others that I've been lucky to witness thanks to the company my wife runs organizing cultural events!

2) Chinese Tea - I can drink any sort of tea but in between my favorites I could mention the Pu'er from Yunnan and the Da Hong Pao that is grown mainly in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian. As for green teas I like the various types of teas grown in Anxi county, Quanzhou city of Fujian too!

3) Sichuan spicy food - I just love anything from hot spicy tofu to the famous Sichuan hot pot!
