Sound of love

The alternative rock band Suede will headline the Big Love Music Festival in Sichuan's provincial capital Chengdu. The event, which will feature more than 100 acts, is billed as the country's biggest outdoor music festival, with a "never-seen-before" lineup.

Suede's Brett Anderson, Mat Osman, Simon Gilbert, Richard Oakes and Neil Codling will bring their repertoire developed over 14 years. Foreign headliners also include the British boy band Blue and the flamboyant '80s rock band Extreme. Chinese acts include Lo Ta-yu, Alan Tam and Zheng Jun.
