Large Medium SmallThe Li Biao Percussion Group Concert will hit the stage of the National Center for the Performing Art's May Festival 2012.
Li Biao is one of the few internationally acclaimed solo percussionists.
Li won many international competitions during his studies, including the Debrecen Percussion Competition 1993 and the Alimata Music Competition. He is the first Chinese to win an international percussion competition. In 2008, Li and his group were invited to perform at the closing ceremony of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and recorded all the percussion music for the closing ceremony.
