Craftsman Cai Qide draws auspicious patterns on a lantern in a small village in Putian, Fujian province in East China on Jan. 14, 2014. Local residents customarily make and hang oil paper lanterns during the Spring Festival and Lantern Festival（from Jan. 31 to Feb. 14）.
