Shared bikes roll into Ordos

A total of 1,000 shared bikes operated by Mobike Company were put into service in Kangbashi district, Ordos on May 10. It’s the first batch of shared bikes distributed in 30 parking areas with an investment of over 3 million yuan ($434,500).

The bicycles were distributed in popular pedestrian areas including Genghis Khan Square, dwelling communities, downtown areas, shopping centers, and local schools.

The low-carbon transport method has already brought much convenience to local Ordos residents alongside benefiting the environment.
