The China Soong Ching Ling foundation, China's National Sports Guidance Office for preschoolers, the Inner Mongolia Football Association, and Inner Mongolia Normal University have signed a strategic cooperation agreement on preschool soccer at the university, on July 29, to increase research on preschool football, design related lessons, train more teachers and select the best young football players.
Inner Mongolia has become China's first region to implement football reforms.
