Foreign experts get Lucheng Friendship Prize

The city of Baotou, Inner Mongolia recently awarded 10 experts from the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and elsewhere the "2015 Lucheng Friendship Prize" recently. Baotou's Mongolian name means "place with deer", so the city is also called "Lucheng", or "City of Deer".

The recipients come from various fields -- scientific research, education and economics -- and represent all the foreigners in Baotou who have contributed to its development.

Baotou says that it has placed great emphasis on talented personnel in recent years and has attracted people from across China and overseas to build up momentum in its innovation.
