Li Junyi, one of the "Junyi love and voluntary service" team at the Hohhot railway station, has written many warm, everyday stories in his diary. For example, 82-year-old Grannie Zhang was just out of hospital, and was going home, accompanied only by one family member. Li and his colleagues feel relieved after helping carry her to the carriage. "Our services bring warmth to passengers and make them feel satisfied, and we feel very happy".
