Seven leagues, cities in Inner Mongolia get jurisdiction over foreign-invested enterprise registration

Through the effort of the Inner Mongolia Administration for Industry and Commerce, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China has conferred the jurisdiction of foreign-invested enterprises registration to the administration for industry and commerce in seven leagues and cities in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Nov 2, including the leagues of Hinggan, Xilingol and Alxa and the cities of Ulanqab, Bayannur, Wuhai and Erenhot.

To date, the administration for industry and commerce in all of Inner Mongolia’s leagues and cities have jurisdiction over foreign-invested enterprises registration, which is recognized as an important role in simplifying administrative procedures, improving the development environment for foreign-invested enterprises, upgrading the supervision quality of enterprise registration, and streamlining the industry and commerce registration. Also, it will help to push forward the local economy and social development.
