KATHMANDU - After the sudden rainfall in Nepal on Tuesday evening, there has been a change in the weather in places of Nepal including the Nepali capital Kathmandu.
According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the rainfall is indicating the end of winter and beginning of spring season across the country.
Senior weather expert Rajendra Prasad Shrestha said that the rainfall is timely."The rainfall has occurred in time this year. We can expect the rain all day on Wednesday," Shrestha said.
He also said that the weather will be clear from Thursday.
Kathmandu recorded a rainfall of 8.1 millimeters of rainfall Tuesday night.
According to the division, although the weather will remain cold for a few days in the mornings, warmer weather can be expected after that.
The recorded temperature of Kathmandu on Wednesday morning was 9.7 degrees Celsius.
