Sichuan cooking course ends in Beijing

The first session of the IHG Culinary Academy, Central North China ended in Beijing in July, and the second Culinary Academy course for Sichuan cuisine successfully came to an end at the Nestle Professional Customer Engagement Center on September 5, 2013.

Customer Solutions Manager at the Nestle Center, Hu Gang, was invited to teach Chinese Sichuan Cuisine to strengthen IHG's culinary team at its Beijing hotels in order to gain consistent high ratings from guests.
