This film tells the stories of three herdsmen living in Wushen Banner in Erdos city, who try to preserve the Mongolian horse culture in their daily lives. The interviewees include: Bohyoo, a herdsman who has been with horses for decades, Hesigdalaii, the craftsman considering saddle making as his life, and Erdemtegus, the founder of a horse culture museum. They contribute to preserving traditional ethnic culture in different ways. Their stories show the deep emotional connections between Mongolians and horses, as well as the vital role horses play in Mongolian life and culture. The movie ends by clarifying the harmony between Mother Nature, humans and horses, which leads us to think deeply about the preservation of Mongolian horses and horse culture.
