Last year, “E-Home”, a Party working station in Yongkang, was constructed by the E-Town Real Estate Party branch and another four institutions. “We have built a comprehensive service system by offering various community services and facilities to tenants, including a service information inquiry room, meeting room, psychological counseling room, supermarkets, reading room, and gym. We expect to help people to bond to where they live,” an official from E-Home said.

The E-Town Real Estate Party branch also released an “Easy Home” APP, with which people can make payments and inquiries, or any arrangements they wish. A simple move of a finger can help young tenants live a comfortable modern life.

Various Activities

E-Home also carried out various forms of activities, ranging from free movies and Christmas parties to special events for singles and a flea market. These activities, which enrich the lives of workers and heighten spirits in E-Town, have received positive response from participants. More such activities will be held in Yongkang to build an ideal home for its tenants.
