Xie Lao Song, a popular restaurant chain specializing in crabs and seafood, recently launched a prawn and crawfish festival in Beijing, together with Qianjiang municipal government in Hubei province.

The festival continues through July 10, and diners can choose from 30 kinds of delicacies made with crawfish and prawns, including oil-braised crawfish, pickled prawns, and the classic dish — crawfish with garlic. There are also special discounts for diners throughout the festival.

All the crawfish are from Qianjiang in Hubei province, which are famous for their quality in China.
