Hotel bistro offers high tea for spring

Courtyard Bistro in Beijing has launched new afternoon tea menu in collaboration with Petardtime, a boutique design and art shop in Beijing, to let diners enjoy the ritual of high tea this spring.

Inspired by a classic rite of British culture, the afternoon tea package includes a selection of savory finger sandwiches, sweet pastries, homemade fruit tarts and traditional English scones with fresh cream, and a choice of strawberry and blueberry jam. British black tea, as well as other selective teas are available, along with freshly brewed coffee.

The price is 168 yuan ($26) for one person, and 298 yuan for two.
