Kite festival kicks off in North China's grassland

A 1,500 square meters octopus-shaped kite that was once listed in Guinness World Records, has attracted lots of attention at the 2014 Hohhot First Kite Festival. The festival kicked off in Xilamuren Grassland, 90 kilometers north of Hohhot city, in North China's Inner Mongolian autonomous region on August 5, 2014. A total of 35 teams from home and abroad participated in it. [Photo/IC]
