Flights from Guangzhou and Shenzhen impacted by heavy rainfall

Some trains on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen intercity line were suspended on Tuesday, with regular-speed trains passing through Qingyuan and Guangdong on the Beijing-Guangzhou railway suspended until 2pm on Wednesday.
Starting from 2pm on Wednesday, regular-speed trains on the Beijing-Kowloon railway will gradually resume operations.
The widespread heavy rainfall has led to rapid rises in river water levels in Guangdong, according to local meteorological and hydrological departments.
