On Sept 9, New Zealanders including five students from Wellington-based Scots College, and Emily Swan, who has studied Chinese for years, joined an online chorus to perform a classic Chinese song When will the full moon appear? whose lyrics were written by the Song Dynasty (960-1279) poet Su Shi.

The chorus is part of Mid-Autumn Festival: A Moonmoment to Remember, an online celebration for the traditional Chinese festival, which falls on Oct 1 this year, the 15th day of the eighth lunar month.
