"How round is the moon, so round and clear…" Five secondary school students from Wellington, New Zealand, sang the iconic Mid-Autumn Festival tune in Chinese, with lyrics written by the poet Su Shi, a thousand years ago.

At a different place but at the same time, Emily Swan joined the choir in front of New Zealand's Parliament building, forming a unique performance transcending space.

More than 60 overseas China cultural centers and China National Tourist Offices invited locals to record the song, Wishing You Stay Well. The chorus video will be sent online via Tencent Video and other major media platforms.

Meanwhile, a variety of festive events will be held by the China Cultural Center of Wellington, including tea-tasting and a mooncake workshop.
