1 Walk into spring
Sometimes your workout efforts may go down the drain by, say, going for a brisk walk and then gulping down a meal full of calories. But why not take advantage of your walking efforts in paying your salad bill? This is what is on offer at Ramo, once a hutong restaurant well-known for brunch by day and party joints by night, and that has moved to a new venue in the Lido area of Beijing. On March 31 and throughout April guests are invited to show their WeChat steps to receive discounts on any kind of salads. Steps exceeding 10,000 attract a discount of 10 yuan, and those exceeding 20,000 attract a discount of 20 yuan ($3). The new Ramo has had a flashy facelift with a combination of blue and yellow colors and a fun ambiance. It is dog-friendly, and there is a play area with a ball pit and painting corner.
