Updated: 2016-02-15 17:41

The construction engineering security training center in E-town has operated for one and a half years, training more than 27,000 people.

Security education of construction workers is crucial in E-town. More than 20,000 people have worked there in the construction industry over the past five years.

The Bureau of Construction in E-town established the center to provide better security training and education for people in the industry.

The center was founded in 2014. Covering an area of 4800 square meters, it is the first comprehensive construction engineering security center offering both training and services.

The center owns 10 national practical patents and one innovation patent. In May 2015 an emergency station was set up in the center to guarantee the safety of visitors.

E-town was designated an “Advanced security monitoring unit” by the Beijing Construction Committee for each of the last three years. Over that time, no security problems have occurred there.
