Cement plant, Laos

This plant, funded by POWERCHINA, is the largest cement producer in Laos. Its first production line is in operation, with an annual capacity of one million tons of cement.

The main products are common Portland cement, blended cement, and low heat special cement for dams. Product quality has been certified by inspection organizations in Laos and China and meets international standards.
