Pingnan Health Bureau officials inspect the Maternal & Child Health Center

Zhang Lixin, director of the Pingnan County Bureau of Health, visited the local maternal and child health center on June 11.

Gan Xiujin from the health center briefly introduced the current state and reported achievements attained in recent years as well as difficulties in personnel shortage, poor medical facilities and equipment.

Zhang Lixin praised the progress achieved by the health center despite all the obstacles, and showed commitment to coordinating and communicating with departments concerned so as to tackle the existing problems.

He encouraged the center staff to brave all the difficulties with an enterprising spirit, and strive to improve the quality of medical treatment and provide services of higher quality to the people.
