Pingnan officials support villages’ development

Pingnan leaders visited Jitou, a national historical and cultural village in the county, and allocated a total of 4 million yuan ($643,600) to fund the construction of its infrastructure.

Jitou village is working to update its infrastructure in order for it to be recognized as a "beautiful countryside" and the county's fund may be a great support for the village's ambitions.

Besides Jitou village, Pingnan county officials also visited 2000 households in various villages and sent out approximately 1 million yuan to improve the locals' living standards.
