Pingnan focuses on production safety

Pingnan county officials recently attended a meeting concerning the responsibilities of villages, towns and departments for production safety during the upcoming Chinese New Year holiday and Lantern Festival.

The authorities called for 24-hour supervision in non-coal mines and units using dangerous chemicals as well as public gathering places and schools.

And they urged all managers to focus on increasing communication so as to tackle any issues related to accident prevention and safety at work – and also to make efforts to increase awareness of safety and health at work.
