After helping make Tencent Holdings one of the top internet companies in China, Chen Yidan, one of the founders of the Shenzhen-based web giant, has begun a new journey to create and develop the biggest education prize in the world.

Harbin Beer in clear air push using billboards

Harbin Beer launched the second year of the "Blue Sky Plan 2.0'" environmental campaign by partnering with Zhejiang Zhefeng Sciences and Technology Co, a green technology supplier. They plan to install more of the latter's billboards with advanced air purification functions in Harbin to cut pollution caused by heavy traffic and manufacturing activities. Though they look like ordinary billboards, they will be able to purify up to 99.7 percent of the haze in certain areas.
