How mountainous villages in China climbed out of poverty

Cui Guoping was the Party chief of Linzhang village, Wuxiang county. During his term he led villagers to plant trees and constructed a number of schools, bridges. Cui said that life in the village is so much better than before - villagers used to live in small houses, but now all of them live in new brick houses.
