As the London Olympic Games continue, Chinese netizens have commented on the events on their micro blogs. Excerpts:

RUNWUSHUO: There is no need to pity China's "king of rings", Chen Yibing, though he was given the silver medal with a disputed score, as Chen's perfect performance has conquered the audience. In addition, his sportsmanship won respect from his rivals. History will not only remember gold or silver medalists, it will justify Chen's career as an outstanding gymnast.

ROUZHENAPPLE: An uncrowned king is worth the same respect and admiration from all of us. For example, no one can deny the achievement of Malaysia's badminton player Lee Chong Wei who attended the Olympics three times but won two silver medals. Chen Yibing and He Kexin, the woman gymnast, definitely deserves a gold medal but lacks a little luck or fair judgment.

PISCES_LAN: At the London Olympics, China has suffered from injustice several times: China's cycling team was fined after appealing to the International Cycling Union and International Olympic Committee because they were stripped of the gold medal in the women's team sprint track cycling; Chen Yibing's perfect performance failed to win gold. However, whatever results the Chinese athletes have achieved, they will always be No 1 in our hearts for they have best interpreted the Olympic spirit. Doubts and suspicion should stop now.
