101-year-old Fauja Singh to run Olympic torch relay

LONDON - Fauja Singh, the world's oldest marathon runner at 101, will be running the Olympic torch through the streets of east London later on Saturday.

Singh, who carried the torch in Athens eight years ago, was born in Punjab in 1911 and has been stayed in UK since 1992.

He ran his first marathon at the age of 89 and has since completed six London marathons.
