Diplomatic feast

The 2015 East Meets West Culinary Exchange, launched with support of the Thai and Canadian consulates in China, continues with a dual-special menu at Holy Crab through Sept 16. The Menu of the East was created by celebrity chef Chalee Kader, who flew in from Thailand for the event, while the Menu of the West was created by Holy Crab's executive chef Mark Kerkstra, who specializes in French and New American Cuisine. The Menu of the East is based on the four different regions of Thailand, while the Western menu features many Canadian-sourced ingredients, such as the Quebec foie gras, British Columbia Dungeness crab, British Columbia cherrystone clams, Nova Scotia lobster tail, Bay of Fundy jumbo scallops, Ontario pork loin and Quebec maple syrup.

6 pm-midnight, daily through Sept 16. 3/F, Cosmos Building, 8-11 Lan Kwai Fong, Central district. 852-2110-0100.www.holycrab.com.hk
