Dim sum revisited

Eat beat

Dim Sum Library is an elegant Hong Kong tea room offering dim sum prepared with new ingredients, textures, flavors and presentation. The dishes combine international ingredients, such as Iberico pork, truffle, foie gras and 24-hour slow cooked wagyu beef with centuries-old Chinese recipes to present classic dim sum favorites in a new light. Local ingredients, such as the famous Tai O shrimp paste keep the dishes grounded in Hong Kong tradition. Expect to spend around HK$250 per person for a dim sum lunch and HK$350 for dinner, in a setting that evokes the glamour and elegance of Chinese art-deco style from the 1920s, with interiors inspired by Chinese birdcages.
