New Japanese menu

Nadaman embraces two centuries of fine Japanese dining tradition and gracious hospitality, and the Aoi Kaiseki is a set menu that changes with the seasons. The new menu from head chef Akihiro Kubota includes a signature set lunch offering variety and well-balanced nutrition, including kaiseki, sashimi, broiled eel, grilled mackerel, tempura, pork cutlet, and stewed chicken. Guests can also select from sushi or teppanyaki sets, a healthy vegetarian set and a set meal specially prepared for children.
