SHANGHAI - Three people died and two others were injured after a fire broke out at a restaurant in Shanghai early Friday, local authorities said.
The accident happened around 5:30 am at a family-run restaurant in Pudong district when a family of five were living in the restaurant. Three family members including a child were killed during the fire and the other two were injured, according to the local police.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
