Li Hailiang and his wife Lu Cui are owners of a Shandong Jianbing shop "Chun Liang Xiang" (The scent of grains). They are determined to make Shandong Jianbing the old-fashioned way, because for them it is more than just a livelihood, it is keeping a tradition alive.
